Returns, Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Our products are packed under strict quality standards. We make sure that every package leaves our facility in perfect condition. If, despite our strict quality standards, you notice that the product is defective or damaged not due to shipping, or you receive the wrong item, you will have 12 hours from the time you received the package to notify us by email.

Although our site photos are as accurate as possible in terms of color, size and texture and the description of each product is very detailed, we understand that it is impossible for them to be identical, therefor, for none of the aforementioned reasons will returns be accepted or made.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will require the order number, a photo and/or video proof. Upon receipt, our staff will assess the situation and if approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please be aware that the return shipping is paid for by the customer.

You will have 7 business days to start the return and once the package is received at our facility, a store credit will be applied.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, the credit will become available and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We do not refund money. As mentioned above, we only accept returns if approved and then a store credit will be given.
